Budget categories
Manage the list of categories available across every tour for this company. Budget line items are grouped by category in each tour's budget.
Account codes
Your own coding for budget line items: GL accounts, cost centres, job codes, whatever your accountant wants on the export. Pick a code on any line item; it appears on the line and in the budget CSV. Changes here save immediately.
Save a report with its filters to open it again in one click, and schedule it to arrive weekly or monthly: a CSV attached and the totals in the email. Only company users who can read that report receive it.

Tours
These are the defaults for each access level. A Company Admin can adjust them for one person, module by module, from the Team tab: Access on their row. That is also how an Ops or Coordinator seat is given money access.
Modules in use
Switch off the modules your company doesn't use and they disappear for everyone here: the sidebar, the show view and Home, and the matching tabs in GigOps Crew. Nothing is deleted, and turning a module back on brings it all back. Who can see what is still set by each person's access level.
API keys
A key lets your own tools read GigOps through the API, one scope at a time, and reads only what you can read yourself. It is shown once when you make it. Revoke a key the moment it is no longer needed.

Webhooks
GigOps posts an event to your https endpoint when something happens: a show is added or changed, a booking or offer changes status, counts are posted, a settlement is locked, a hold is asked for. Every delivery is signed with the endpoint's secret, and a failed one is tried again with growing gaps. An endpoint that keeps failing is switched off and you are told.
Loading…
What was done in this company and by whom: access and role changes, pay rates and payroll exports, documents sent for signature, links shared and revoked, and more. It cannot be edited or deleted. A GigOps Support session shows here as the GigOps person who looked.

One company issues the credentials on a date and runs its gates. On dates you issue, set how many of each pass a linked promoter or festival act may ask for, and approve or revoke each ask. On dates another company issues, ask it for your people's passes.
